In support of the Luma Services mission, we are committed to the success of our consultants taking care to train and mentor all representatives of the organization in the adoption of Luma Services techniques and programs.
Luma Services has three tiers of associates based on experience and the mastery of our disciplines:
- Partner
- Senior Consultant
- Consultant
Luma Services works to maximize returns for our clients which also creates unique opportunities for professionals that enjoy working but also enjoy a different type of work/life balance. Because of of this objective, Luma Services is interested in developing relationships with skilled and professional people that embrace our mission while seeking part time assignments or short term assignments to blend in with personal travel, hobbies or life situations.
Luma Services is not a staffing firm but we will support our clients in finding key resources to hire into full time positions. At Luma Services, we also support the wealth development of our associates helping them to structure their financial options to best fit their personal situation. We provide guidance on 1099 tax advantages, investment programs and residential sales and purchases from mortgage programs to title and escrow.
