Luma Services was founded by Paula Mau (left) and Joy Lewis (right). After having worked together through several information technology initiatives over the past 10 years, they developed Luma Services to address a common gap experienced by the greater Omaha, Nebraska metropolitan market.

Joy Lewis is an entrepreneur and trusted advisor with a passion for helping others achieve their career and business objectives.  Dedicated to the success and advancement of others, she has successfully supported individuals and organizations in the Omaha technology and business community for the last 12 years.  The secret to her success is that she takes the time to understand her client’s needs and, through a consultative approach, offers individualized options to help them reach their goals.  Joy is a relationship builder, coach and mentor who is dedicated to providing the highest level of service and value to her clients.  She is known for her drive and integrity.

Paula Mau is an extraordinary change agent and natural leader who fits into a variety of cultures and situations.  She brings over 25 years of IT and Business leadership to Luma Services to include strategic planning, performance coaching, business development and organizational alignment.
